When you mix vinegar and baking soda together, you are basically making water, carbon dioxide and a useless salt. You neutralize the base (baking soda) as well as the acid (vinegar) in a chemical reaction the renders both useless. It’s a waste of materials and time. Chose one or the other, but not both together.
This does not work. Just plain hot water does the same thing. The baking soda and vinegar fizzes and gives an impression it's doing more than it actually is.
Not immediately, let it cool down enough so you can touch it. Otherwise, there may be some degree of thermal shock when you get it wet, and the coating may degrade. The same thing applies to pans or other stuff that has Teflon on it.
These things are great but the cleaning is so ridiculous, all the grease is trapped inside in tiny slots and holes and it’s just gross. I’m thinking of going back to the classic pan and rack with tinfoil to catch grease.
The best way is to literally clean it like a skillet, clean it right after you take your food out and scrub it with a brush wire, only hot water running on top. Any other method of cleaning is not worth the time or $, using not only the grate liner with the holes but also the pan liner, cuts the cleaning time significantly.

Calm down gramps it’s almost time for a nap.
Lol you can't fully say something is clean unless there is a small bit of splooooge left

Isn't it funny how fast people forget 5th grade chemistry
I have never had any good results from all these "baking soda/vinegar." cleaning tips
It's the upper part of the air fryer that's difficult to clean where the electric element is, not the basket!
would this work with some really bad grease that just feels sticky ?
One of the steps here is "clean the air fryer"
This will damage the non-stick coating! Just wash it immediately after each use, with water, dish soap and a soft sponge.

what about the resistance?
White what after baking soda
vinegar
This is just the basket, have you turned your air fryer upside down
You can't use the words "the easiest way" and "really good scrub" in the same sentence honey.
