Your garden looks amazing. How do you prepare your bok choi? I grew pak choi this fall for the 1st time. I wasn't quite sure how to use it, but I did put it in a soup🤔.

The broccolini plants are edible from the florets down to the stalks. You harvest the whole thing. They are more expensive in stores than broccoli.
