This and wide open space have basic but quality bass lines with complimentary drums.add a bit of guitar and some cracking vocals, mix it all together, put it int thoven on gas mark 7 for about 30 mins and there ya go.a bloody nice cake that rose to the occasion.there will never be a cake made like that again. Rip mansun, one of the best indie bands if the late 90ies early 2000.im happy to have had a slice.good times
personally most fav brit rock albums of 90's first 3 suede's first 3 verve's first 2 oasis + masterplan first 3 radiohead's first 3 mansun's albums among them, mansun was so underrated
The 4th album was released in 2004. It's called Kleptomania. Yes, it's a bit rough round the edges, but it's awesome. There are also 2 disks of bonus tracks.
This was one of the better tracks on "Little Kix". Shame the album was so hit and miss, and I can see why the band maybe didn't like this, but it has a feeling of David Bowie at his poppiest. Good track, honestly.
Brett Kang Loads of other good bands in the 90s, all better than Oasis. To add to the ones you mentioned there's the likes of Blur, James, Pulp, Supergrass, Gene, Carter USM, The Wonderstuff, Levellers, Eels and The Beautiful South.
@@TheVidkid67 Was it not 1983? Although Pulp never had any success in the 80s and their best 2 albums were 1994 and 1995, hence why I would class them as 90's. The Wonder Stuff started to go downhill after 1991's superb Never Loved Elvis and their late 80's efforts [particularly 'Hup' for me], but I suppose they can be classed as both 80's and 90's. I know they had lineup changes after that and have released other stuff, but I suppose you can class them as mainly 80's and 90's.
is that guy meant to be jesus? if evolution is to be believed jesus would be about 2 feet 9 inches!!! fool suits you my friend very much!!! great song though
This has to be the worst song and single that Mansun every put out a disaster from start to finish. Why do so many of the songs on ths album sound like they were written for a boyband. This doesn't sound like mansun at all.
I'm a Muslim, I love Jesus I love this song, I love British rock, I love you from Morocco 🇲🇦💗🇬🇧
Top man. Music is the tonic for a f##k up world.

One of the most beautiful tunes I ever heard, and the most underrated bands, but hey, quality has always been the privilege of the few!
Seconded Good Sir.
Blimey. Never ever seen this video until now. Goes along perfectly with the song.

It's been 11 years already since I first listened to this song, time flies!!!

The opening to this song and 'Let's Dance' by David Bowie, there's little difference is there?

I love my age.....
You missed out Manic sreet preachers. Suede, Manics,Radiohead & Mansun were best bands in 90's.
Oasis was not that good. lack of creativity.

@@SiLatics56 I'd also like to include Ocean Colour Scene as well.
@@SiLatics56 Pulp and Wonderstuff were 80's really. Pulp's first album was 1984.

No its Eddie Vedder😆😆
i wonder if jesus does hate us because of the selfish world we created
@KevD08 bite me we spawned from adam and eve hahahaha what a load of nonsense haha youve just my hangover a tiny bit better!!!
lel Jesus thought he could save the planet with the power of love. Kinda foolish.

"Fool" is Mansun's final music video, before band's breakup.
