I wish they’d give more info. Even if it’s not something big, they had that website/newsletter that was meant to give updates but it just hasn’t been used. The games been in development more almost a decade, it only got a steam page like a year ago and we have basically no thing since.
I wish they would be more transparent with the information on the progress of the game. Im happy for they to take as long as they feel the need to with the development of the game. It would just be nice to be kept in the loop.
Chuckle fish has no hand in the development of stardew or haunted chocolatier. They worked with concerned ape for the original console port of stardew, but that’s it. They don’t do that anymore though
I get they are a no crunch studio. I respect that. But I believe we have crossed from no crunch to no work. We have gotten a few updates on this game, no game play and 5-10 stills of Pixel art. I honestly dont think this game is coming out. Its been 8 years since it was announced. They had to scrap the original engine and start all over. At this point, George R.R. Martin will Finish Winds of Winder before Chuckle Fish finished Witchbrook.
Thank you for the investigation video, WitchBrook does look very interesting. Chucklefish helped Stardew in the early days but Stardew left them completely I think over five years ago at this point. So there's no chance anything Stardew could be affecting WitchBrook development.
Concerned ape kicked chucklefish out, how did you miss that mini drama lmfao. They have nothing to do with either of the games anymore, not stardew or chocolatiere
