I watched this video as my therapist recommended exposure therapy to help combat my frog phobia. Although it wasn't the most pleasant video to watch given my fear, I have learned a lot about this species. I am amazed at what they are capable of and understand their importance on this Earth. Thank you for this gem I didn't know I needed.
RIBBIT
Well done ;)
I promise frogs will never draw blood, they’re just strange lil fellas. I think of them as water owls.
@@ZinBadKat They are apex predators of the pond, fearless and all consuming
@@ZinBadKat I love that, “water owl” 😊
I watched all 50 minutes 13 seconds of this an immensely enjoyed every bit of it. Truly a masterpiece.
I feel so inspired by frogs, they are so adaptable, intelligent, they always find a way to survive in a hostile world. I want to be like them 🥹
I've always loved amphibians. What an amazing world we were given.
Thank you for the documentary, my girlfriend is really satisfied with it.
Is she a documentary hound?
like me 🤣
Lol uhh? Odd
Why would it be odd? She must love amphibians. ❤️
@@paddythepug978 it’s odd that you must add a reply like this to my comment.
@@notdeano6958 Was not a rude comment. I apologize if it was read that way. I ment I find it odd a woman enjoys amphibians. Most women do not. Let me clear that up a bit.
Hands down the best nature doc I've ever seen!!! And I've seen a lot. This was very well done in every aspect!!!
I’m currently suffering with severe influenza. I have not been this sick in years but this is making me feel better! :3
These kind of things hit it just right for you when you're really sick and stuck in bed
Amazing review.
Thanks!
Great show! The narration was fantastic!- nice voice!
I caught a tiger salamander when I was ten years old. It died when I was 24 and married, with a kid. Crazy.
Thanks for the new upload. I'll get back to it when I'm sober
Fantastic video.
Love this thanks for sharing 🐸💚🐸
I love frogs they are my favorite animal 🐸
Very relaxing video thank you for the sharing my friend 😊 ☺
Really enjoyed watching this video
So glad!
I loved seeing your section on the Hellbender. I have actually swam with one in my childhood and it was an unforgettable experience. It was in 1984 in the Double Camp campground, in the Citico River. The campground is located in the Tellico/Citico area on the edge of The Cherokee National Forest. It was a very cold clear mountain river similar to The Little Pigeon river that runs throughout Gatlinburg TN, but colder. It had a pebble beach area to walk in and a rocky cliff area on the other side of the river that many older teens and adults jumped from. The Hellbender was hanging out in a rocky area near an area of rushing water. It was a bit imposing at around 2+ feet long. For the best part no one bothered it. The rangers that came through the campground daily were informed that it was there. Most interesting thing I've ever seen while camping. I've since owned a wild type axolotl and a leucistic ,which is the pink looking one with the black eyes. They are some of the sweetest, smartest, and curious pets I've had, including my cats and dogs. They bred, we raised the young, and had more adults. They are phenomenal pets, but they are a serious investment and not a lighthearted decision. They have to have very strict conditions and care to thrive in their environment, but are well worth the effort and expense if you decide to invest in this pet. I've always loved frogs 🐸. They're my spirit animal. I've never owned any but they're beautiful and enigmatic creatures as are salamanders. I would be happy and content to watch either for hours on end. They bring me joy. Thank you for your wonderful content that you've provided to us. It was so enjoyable and informative. 😊
Frogs are such zen creatureS
So relaxing
Fascinating, thank you.
Incredible work! I thoroughly enjoyed this documentary, especially the shot at 4:50.
I LOVE FROGS FROGS ARE MY FAVORITE ANIMAL

Excellent video. Excellent content.
Much appreciated!
never knew much about frogs but they seem hella chill
I like frog, they go ribbit and boing:)
Amazing
amazing
I dig your name dude ✨🐸💚👑✨
Wow
Very beautiful 😍
Thank u
Beautifully photographed, although the music occasionally almost drowns out the narration, which sometimes anthropomorphizes, attaching human characterizations to animals. A question: How does the frog survive the spitting cobra venom? And as an aside, the leaf cutter ants don't actually eat the leabves they bring back to their burrow, they use the leaves to feed a fungus which the ants feed off of.
Wow
What would you consider the rating of this? I want to show it to my high school class (10th grade) but I want to make sure it's appropriate!
I think for 10th grade this wouldn't be anywhere near an issue, but I'm not a professional.
Your 10th graders are doing and watching a lot worse things than this
@@021BTK this logic doesnt really apply here because I could get in trouble if a student decided to report it, another teacher walks in, the principal walks in, etc. Once a different teacher in my building almost had to take administrative leave for having a substitute play a documentary that had bears mating and the woman freaked out and reported it lol
I don't see why you can't show this to 10th graders ... its pure nature in its natural world 🌎 ✨️
They're teenagers. This is a documentary about frogs. I'm curious what you could possibly expect to be an issue. The weirdest possible nature footage frogs would probably be PG at best.
Prince was awesome. Dans Green House and the animals will be missed. Naomi is alive and well. 🙏
I liked the part about the frogs.
20:03 are the frogs trying to amplex each other? the frogs just suddenly started to twirl around each other and onto each other's backs and spin.
I really like her skin colour ❤
Great documentary, but I really could eat some frog legs now. So tasty. The storks will agree with me!
15:15 😂
😊😊😊😊
No mention of caecilians, the third order of amphibians along with frogs and salamanders.
when i die will become a fire salamander
It looked like that father frog had a hard time getting rid of that sponging tadpole son off his back 😉
Giant Amphibian what? 😂
Froggy
hold on how did you film the poison dart frogs and did you really kill that monkey and go to the jungle???
and how did you know where the poison dart frog dad would go to place the cameras there???
and at 38:08 how did you put a camera in that house knowing the frog will go in there? Liar! Liar! Pants on fire!
