Hope you are feeling better and your headache situation is better. I have a history of migraines going back to when I was a child (as in 8 years old). I am fortunate that I have been migraine free for 5 years now. Migraine headache free that is.
Bless your heart!! You have been through it!! I'm sorry that you feel & was sick!! That coughing like that is awful!! Really gets on your nerves!! Be sure to drink plenty of fluids!! Hope you feel better really soon!! ❤️
Oh, girl! Bless you ! Prayers going up for you ! I live in a raised ranch and so I have a full flight of steps in my home and we are up and down all the time . I am much older than you ( I’m sure old enough to be your Mom) but I have fallen down the stairs and it is Not fun in the recovery time ! Ouch! Do be careful ! As for the cough , my daughter suffers with a lot of colds with her weak immune system and she too has had colds where the cough just will not quit ! Praying you feel better ! Blessings to you dear ! ❤

Hope you feel better soon! I many years ago slipped on the stairs and broke my foot… I had brown carpet (apt). My chihuahua had 💩 on the stairs and it was dark …. The following argument with my husband cracks me up “NO I’m not going to the ER cover in dog 💩 get me some sweatpants!!!” 😂😂😂 it’s funny now but it was about 25 yrs ago 😉
Praying for you to feel better!!!! I have a chronic illness but my greatest fear is falling down the stairs!!! I'm glad that you didn't receive a major injury from the fall!!! Having neck problems has a lot to do with how you sleep and the placement of your pillows. It helped me to sleep "flat" and to use only "one" pillow. God Bless!!!!
I have a high school friend who is a retired E R doctor who said to me once “Falls are scary.” And indeed they are. I’m so sorry you fell! I’m not a medically-trained person, but (from personal experience) I feel you may be recovering from bronchitis. It often comes with a cough that seems to last forever. I’m so hoping you’re better soon!
Falls ARE scary. Such a simple comment that is so true. When Kieran referenced the adrenaline rush after, I was thinking, yes, that's what it feels like. I have tinnitus and when I get adrenaline surges, the ringing in my ears also intensifies. So after startling episodes I have trouble hearing if someone is trying to help me. My husband now knows what's going on, but if anyone else was there I'm sure they would think something more serious was going on.
I had bronchitis once or twice several years ago. The cough lasted at least a month both times. I took cough medicine and slept. Can you afford to take time off from teaching to rest? I am glad you went to the doctor. A fall down the stairs sounds scary! Did your fall have anything to do with your neck pain? If you have issues brushing your teeth, you can rinse your mouth with warm water and Redmond Real Salt. You can also try using Xylitol melts for saliva production. I do hope you feel better soon.
So glad you are feeling better. Sending hugs and prayers. I also fell about a week ago so I understand. My soreness is much better now. Stay safe and have a good school year ❤️
Oh boy! I've had two falls down stairs in my life because of high heels. That was years ago but I'll never forget how bad they were. I didn't break anything but boy did I hurt from the bruises! I'm happy you recovered from your fall and I'm glad you're cough is better. I'll look forward to your next video!
Back in June I caught a virus called parainfluenza 3. It took a month to go away! I also fell down some stairs back in the spring. I was carrying stuff so when I started going down I couldn’t grab the railing. I ended up knocking my head on the ceramic tile in our foyer. I don’t know how I slipped.
It sounds like your upper respiratory infection turned into a bad case of Bronchitis which carries a ton of coughing!! It could be viral bronchitis with no fevers! I have it often and besides being tired & worn out you will cough & cough! Bummer you fell down the stairs, did you get dizzy from being sick and lose your balance??
I have herniated discs In my neck... it creates excruciating pain in my head, neck and my arms fingers hands and complete numbness all my arms. I get shots.
I broke my shoulder about 3 weeks ago by slipping on elderberries. The trees belong to the local primary school which is run by the local council. The pain is so bad at times and replying on more painkillers. I’m also having to make complaints on 3 incredibly rude mothers. So it’s been a crazy weekend trying to sort things.
I hope you feel better. I usually get bronchitis around the end of the year. It’s horrible. But I’ve also noticed that the older I get, the more sensitive I am to seasonal allergies.
(((((gentle hug))))) No fun!! I pray the annoying discomfort from the coughing and your fall go away very soon. Glad you are otherwise alright - as taking a spill on stairs is no joke. Hang in there, Teach. ✊😘
I am catching up on your videos this Sunday. I have been busy with work too and not had much time lately. I hope you feel better soon. Looking forward to more videos.
I taught at a small university for years, and every year I got at least one cold. They often turned into bronchitis and I coughed for weeks. Hope you feel better soon.
Oh my goodness, gracouis.Honey I know wht its like to fall. I didn't go down a stair way but I fell off my mobility scooter. Had to have the Fire Dept to come and help me get up. That was in my own yard. Then I fell at the doctors office. They called the fire dept to come and help me. I told my hubby,IF I FALL one more time I'm just going to stay in bed. This is emBARASSING. yOU TAKE CARE HONEY.
When it rains it pours. I hope you are feeling better
I can relate with you because I also fall down the stairs and fractured my elbow joint and had to get surgery done
