There may be stretches where they go opposite of their direction as they twist around the US, but that should get you in the general area of the US where you are. And if you see a 3-digit US or Instate like 355, it usually means it will, at some point, connect with the 2-digit road at some point, but it may run in any direction. Fun fact: "Shubie" aka Shubenacadie has a motorcycle track that is used for the Canadian motorcycle championships. I've been to the race there before actually when I was younger!
i thought that last round was going to be a goner but you actually pulled it off in less than 2 min, great job tom!
Oh my god I was screaming RIGHT THERE RIGHT THERE when he zoomed in on Valdez right away then left it
Having lived on Gotland for three years before, the geography of those google car images stood out immediately to me. It was either Gotland or Öland, since that dry-ish and exposed limestone landscape (referred to as "alvar") is typical for both those islands. Don't know where he was getting the Northern Sweden vibes from xD
I agree, but can also see the thought of an non local that it appears "up north"
God i miss travelling. That Alaskan town did it for me. I'm stuck in lockdown in QLD australia, with Tom's wits for company. Not a bad compromise :)
Hey Tom,
I grew up in Truro, Nova Scotia, and I can confirm that we call Shubenacadie “Shubie” as a nick name!
I've actually been over that bridge in Tasmania and even I didn't recognise it at first haha
Who else was yelling at their screen when he went right over Valdez?
"not where it shoooouuuu be" made me audibly laugh
