Dear brother, todays science explains the core temperature of the sun was 27 million degree celcius but sun's surface temperature was only 5000 degree celcius, which was very low(photosphere layer), but again the temperature after the surface was raising back to 2 million degree celcius ( corona layer). Which is fascinating, still scientist don't know the exact reason why there is huge temperature drop in the surface alone. But Arunan's story beautifully explains the reason I think. Garudalwar told Arunan brother to keep a low temperature protective layer zone in the sun( as per the Garuda story), which was exactly matching with the low temperature zone in the sun's surface. Our ancestors are genius.
