Very informative. Have you ever had a problem with the Inpen where you have to prime it multiple time (more then 3) each time you use it? Sometimes I can barely see the drop of insulin
Yes, but only when I start a new cartridge and have dialed the screw back a bit too aggressively. If you experience that remember to adjust the "dose" to a "prime" in the app so it doesn't mess up your IOB calculations
What is the name that you put the cartridge in. They keep giving me the cartridge but I don’t have the thing that you screw it into. Please provide name and where to buy it. Thank you
All the parts of the InPen (aside from the cartridge) should be in the same package. I don't think you can buy a separate plastic insert. If it's missing I'd suggest you call the manufacturer, Medtronic
some how the insulin was order without the ipen. I usually use the kewi pen, with the insulin already in it. I will call my doctor. I thought that I could buy it. Thank you
Yes, it's two different prescriptions. One is for the insulin cartridges and one is for the InPen. Your InPen will last you a year and you just fill your insulin prescription as you normally would
I use an adhesive remover to reduce the risk of skin irritation (check out my video on that). If that doesn’t help you might have a small allergic reaction to the adhesive. I’ve seen some people use Flonase under the patch (I know, it sounds weird) and there are also some other products available that you apply under that patch
Were have you been all my inpen life. Thank you for making that so quick. Another month gone by and this is pinned to my desk top.
Thank you so much for this! Each time I change the cartridge, I think I know what to do but inevitably get stuck and come to your video.
Glad it helped!

Never saw this 1 before. Q on the G6. When I remove my sensor, I get a red itchy spot from the tape. Is their anything to help relieve this? Thanks.

@@DiabetesStrong Appreciate the info, I'll check it out.
What pen can I get for Lantus Solostar ?
InPen only works with rapid-acting (meantime) insulin
Ok thank you so much doctor dir ❤
How long can we use one tube?
You’re supposed to dispose of it after 28 days but I’ve found it stays good longer
Does this work on all pens
It's only applicable for the InPen
I have the blue in pen
You're great. Thank you
Thanks
That would be great, but my pen doesnt twist open. 😢
I can require a little bit of force but if the pen is defective you might want to call Medtronic, the manufacturer
Hindi me bataiye please
I’m sorry I can’t do that. This product isn’t available outside the US, I don’t think there’s anything but English and Spanish product explanations
