I also really enjoy your videos, I like that you share your thinking and process which then makes me think a bit differently. I took your advice on the Christmas journal and dug out last year's Christmas cards which is proving a rich vein of inspiration…
Thanks for talking about the dilemma between trying new things and doing what you like in your own style. Sometimes when trying something new it feels forced, and I’m often not happy with the results. I’m trying to learn to do new things in my style, so now I’m going to try using a pen with a stencil! As always, your page is lovely.
Just gorgeous. I too like to do what is comfortable for me. But you inspire me to reach out and try things a little different and that's a good thing. Always love your videos.
This page was very pretty even if it was a bit outside your comfort zone. I've been working on the No-Sew November challenge this week and enjoying it!
I really loved how your page turned out Meg, the way you create pages always inspires me to try something new. If you are curious about trying different mediums with your stencils, such as a texture paste or embossing, Alison Bomber from the RUclips channel Words and Pictures has fantastic videos that have given me lots of ideas and inspiration. Thanks so much for sharing, I look forward to your videos so much! 🥰
Hi Meg! I'm Ana, from Oklahoma. I just stumbled upon you today, and it was quite soooothing!!! Time well spent, and you made me want to play! I think I'll be sticking around! The card deck is SOLD OUT. "Boo-hoo!" Do you really think more will be printed? I'd hate to get my hopes up. Well, I'm on the NOTIFY list. Have a great day! 😊
I so appreciate your creative thoughts as you are working. May I ask what journal you were working in today? What a lovely size and color. TFS some great ideas. I too have the prompt box but have other projects in process. I love the different cards and artist ideas, a new way for me to play!😃👏❤️
Just to throw out an idea in response to your comments about being at a crossroads with your art - you could take Rebecca Sower’s 100 mixed media techniques class and work that in to the style you already have, just to see maybe which techniques you like and which ones you can do without. I appreciate your sharing!
No doubt you've answered this before, but did you make that sweet little journal you're working in and if so is there a tutorial? Like your other fans, I love how you explain your thought process, it's so helpful. Thanks for another excellent video!
@@megjournalslol I have the opposite issue. I challenged myself to do neutrals. Did a stitching project and made a journal. I felt very limited. Yet, love how they both turned out.
I love how you make the individual pieces overlap but still look cohesive ☺☺
I enjoy your channel. Try not to be too hard on yourself. It’s ok to stick with your own style. 🌸📜🖌️

The flower is a beautiful addition
Well said, Meg; you’re not alone in your thoughts.
Creative use of that stencil! I love your work. 😊
great page. and a fun way to create it. I love prompts, too.
I'm doing No Sew November, and having fun with it. 😃👍

That turned out beautifully!
This is so lovely.
Very pretty, I love the flower. 😊
I want to buy that prompt box. It is on my list for new additions to my junk journal addiction.😊 Thanks for the video!

She said in the video that it’s a passport travelers notebook with a blank cream colored insert.

Okay, big dummy here didn't wait long enough. Just got entranced by the book 🙂
Challenge: Go outside your comfort zone. Make something super colorful
Can they be muted colours 🤣🤣🤣

It’s a challenge to do something outside of your comfort zone. I really needed your video today. Thank you❤️
