After Madelyn won the secret influencer, I was worried that she would have won. I was sooooo happy when she didn't whew. Gianna played with integrity and was genuine and loyal from the start. I am still in shock by Madelyn's reaction when she was called out. She immediately started getting defensive and showed very little remorse. Yes, I do acknowledge that it was a game but, lying on her fellow castmates in an attempt to win, was a bit low.

First time in any season I didn't have a favorite. The vibe wasn't it. I literally just watched the finale to see if Mad Lying got exposed. I mean they seemed to forget she used Andy's visit to inflict the lie on Darian..AND knowing she would meet everyone irl she already had a preplanned tear jerker to not look bad. I seen every season and one of the things I really missed...was the connections. They didn't really connect with each other so they didn't connect with the audience. This season had me pressed out. No hun..skipping the next one.
I get what you’re saying about the connection. Sometimes people don’t vibe as well though. I think the original group was building good chemistry and connections, but the newbies this season, threw that off

According to some of the other contestants, what they didn't show at the finale was that Madelyn got up and left in tears in because the other players were digging into her for being such a dirty player. But I mean, SHE WAS a dirty player, just lying because she was bored, breaking up alliances and laughing about it, lying to Heather/Andi about where she ranked her after she got blocked. She was just a dirty player with no integrity and honesty im glad the cast found out how awful of a player/person she was and let her know that she was a villian.

It’s much longer so people really get to build relationships, but people definitely play more strategic and have secret alliances and do shady stuff more.

I didn’t know they when they apply, they are told what show they’ll be on. Now Jadejah!s comment makes sense. This show is about social media and Madelyn had to understand that on social media anyone who lies, manipulate, bully, etc people are blocked and no one wants to deal with them. It should be played using strategic moves not lying on folks. It’s a game of strategy, trust and friendship. This was the first season that was played like this and it made for a no so fun to watch show. The only thing I like about the original way was Michelle coming out. I didn’t get why they had them at a dinner table with dinnerware but not really eating. So the new way is nice just should have them at least meet Michelle.
I'm not 100% sure if that's how casting works, but someone did say that before. I think Michelle is a lot more booked and busy now. Her career was just taking off when The Circle first started so she's probably off filming other things now
I disliked Madelyn so much. I was too happy she didn't win. I disliked Kevin too. And then Gianna was doing too much too. But Gianna played the best game. Madelyn was too much.
