Seeing the seafood on the plane, I worried. I told myself this is not good for them. They don't know when it was cooked, so food poisoning became inevitable and my belief was quickly confirmed in the other part of the video. On long trips, stay away from meat and eat foods that have little chance of spoilage, such as baked goods and cheese@@Q2HAN

honestly a poem that really fit my situation. i am diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, and i lost my baby that i carried for 3 months. at that time i dont feel i am strong at all, but i got through it. This was me too when I went to Thailand years ago😢 It wasn’t the food in Thailand though, I felt sick even before I landed. Almost wasted my vacation because of an upset stomach and fever but travel is life so I just ate whatever and enjoyed even if I can barely tast anything lol. My only critique for this video is that it was far too short!!! I could of watched that for over an hour and more. I’m now going to have to watch it over again whilst cooking dinner.
