The Dalai Lama is also making the inner value of compassion available and accessible for any and everyone to understand. I'm inspired by him. We all should spread this inner value in every way we can, whenever we feel an audience is attentive enough to let peacefulness in. Compassion is primary to life and social systems to thrive. This is NOT empathy, since we can not know another's true suffering, but relate to their angst through our own challenges. Everyone knows challenge, yet may discover peace and joy, through compassion for one another. Thank you your Holiness for sharing with young women, who may be mothers, as well.
The words and ideasxand frameworks in which the dalai lama is speaking is both fundamental wise and humanly achieveable,this can be so when people begin becoming fully aware for their actions reactions and choice of language towards all,thus obtaining peaceable situations on all and every level.
