Just brilliant. The water effects were excellent, but what I also liked and was very impressed with was the fluidity with which the Axe appeared to move whilst chopping. Your attention to details and studying real life movement has totally paid off. You even had the peas roll around as they do when disturbed, lol. Bloody wonderful work.
I love how realistic the water bucket was in the well, it was dangling and moving from side to side that I thought you just recorded it instead of using stop motion, that's how realistic it was! I love what people can do with stop motion.
Amazing how your manipulation of movement and sound can actually simulate weight. I really felt the heaviness of the axe and the effort of chopping through those dense pieces of wood.
This is such a beautiful art form. The thought and planning and insane attention to detail that goes into stop animation is absolutely incredible. Thank you for inspiring others and sharing your art. The world needs to see this wonderful gift.
Wow the amount of frames are staggering! The smoothness and the realism in the motion is unmatched! I would love to see a behind the scenes video using stop motion.
