Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp custard powder
3 tbsp sugar
4-6 slices of bread
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Butter/ghee or oil for cooking
Instructions:
1.Mix custard powder and sugar with a small amount of milk to form a smooth paste.
2.Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan and add the custard mixture.
3.Stir continuously until the mixture thickens.
4.Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
5.Dip each slice of bread into the custard mixture, ensuring it's well-coated.
6.Heat a pan with butter or oil and cook the bread until golden brown on both sides.
7.Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
