Love that the bedrooms have carpet... This house was cheap. Whom ever purchased it got a good deal. That would easily be a 300k home in Michigan.
Peace & quiet is right, Lehigh Acres is all but abandoned
Nice from Michigan
my father-in-law and mother-in-law live there in Lehigh Acres and they had to move because of the well class of people that were moving in after all the houses were abandoned
looks nice..
What is an executive home? Does executives live there? Can normal people buy it and call it a normal home. All those key words are why people are in the shape they are now. It is a pretty house but for the area 89,500. ?
Hello I'm interested in this house and I was wondering is it still available?
What about will you rent it
I have a question for somebody that lives in Florida. I have noticed that almost every home has tile floors instead of carpeting, why is that?
***** It keeps a home cooler in the summer and in southern living that is the trend for most new homes. Nice a clean unlike carpet after a while.
M Stratocaster , i know this is a dated question...typically Florida homes are built slab on grade. So you have a concrete floor to begin with that needs finishing. Also the outside soil is a Sandy dirt. So you will track sand in all the time. Some will go with Carpet, which would be burber. In some old homes people are lucky to discover terrazzo floors.
Just my opinion but tile is less likely to get mold like carpet which absorbs moisture.
If that front yard has been landscaped I'm about 3 fries short of a happy meal. That front yard looks like crap. The house is nice though, at least from the outside.
How much would this house rent for. Please send other houses to my email thank.
