I love this so much we call it Toddler Pancake Ball and I bought a set of paddles for my toddler to play. When he turns 6 I will introduce hm to tennis, the king of racket sports.
a smooth crosscourt forehand slice into the deuce corner at 1:46 was the proper shot .. that was a sloppy shot into the ad corner ,,, so much for Pancake Toddler Ball highlights
Damn this comment section is weird as fuck... Tennis and Pickleball are both fun and have their place. Pickleball in a very inclusive sport that allows both genders to compete at a closer level than almost any other physical sport. At a competitive level athletes are always going to trend to the most winning strategy, which may result in the men being more involved in points. All these things are fine lol. The polarizing view points I'm seeing just come off as insecurity or a poor understanding of athletic competition.
All you tennis haters: I suggest you learn to like Pickleball, or find some other sport. If things keep up the way they have been, you won't have any people to play Tennis with.
All those years where tennis was one of the world's most popular outdoor sports were the same decades where the majority of Americans became obese couch potatoes. It's not true that watching tennis makes you fat and ugly, but there _is_ a strong de facto correlation. $64,000 question: Did Frito Lay make just as much money off the popularity of professional tennis on TV as Adidas or Nike?
At the top levels of Mixed doubles, the men to tend to take over. Fro them it's all about the money, which means the WIN. They will do whatever gives them the best chance of winning. However, in general, few sports are more inclusive for women. A great thing about Pickleball (one of many) is that a little bit of skill makes up for quite a bit of physical prowess, which means that in recreational play, NO other sport that I know of has as much competitive interaction between mend an women.
the way that ignatowvich hit that sublime inside in forehand dunk was so beutiful and sublime, easily one of the most talented on the tour 😍😍😍🥰🥰
AWESOME vid!! Keep'em coming PLS!!!🙏🙏🙏

But Dad, pickleball isn't a racquet sport, it's a paddle sport, and I like it better.
Sick!
This looks fun!
It is! A HELL of a lot of fun.

This was great. All mixed doubles, All these guys completely encroaching on these women, losers.
Looks like it is a very 'men-centered' sport that marginalizes women on the site.
