Modded means which games? Old modded games that target older Android versions? Or new generation modded games like pubg, COD?
Android 14 introduced a change that blocked users from installing apps built for Android 5.1 Lollipop and older. Android 15 now blocks you from installing apps built for Android 6.0 Marshmallow and older.

It's not related to the processor; it's only related to the Android version and architecture (Arm v8/v7). Make sure you've downloaded the correct version for your architecture.

If the app doesn't open, it's likely a different error unrelated to installation. App functionality isn't guaranteed as older apps are designed for older hardware or architectures. It will only work if your app that you are Installing supports ARM-V8 architecture.

I'm on Android 15 beta 2.2 using Pixel 6 and the apps are working smoothly.
