    Hi there I have this software I'm a bit careful, I want to know if I delete a rear Oxygen sensor out of the ECU program will the fuel ratio go back to normal and car out of a limp mode.

    Hello, what is the function of map enrichissement excatly ? please, Its not possible to set to 1 all cases ?

    • @Snow1998v1
      @Snow1998v1  2 года назад

      Why would you do that?
      The purpose of the enrichment is literally to help your engine pick up power faster in case you floor the throttle.
      If you set all 1's you bog the engine since not enough fuel is injected as compensation for the massive air volume increase.

    Hello, how you do for have map of airfuel ratio in AFR ? i have in lambda value

    • @Snow1998v1

      go in to versatuner settings and change it from metric or us to custom and set the displayed air fuel from lambda to afr gasoline 14.7:1

    can you do a tutorial on what needs to be changed for more flames/pops &bangs? :) Great content!

    • @Snow1998v1
      @Snow1998v1  4 года назад +2

      Hey mate,
      Flames come with the Decel Fuel Cut, forced Pops and Bangs is not so healthy with a rotary due to the design of the engine tbh with you.
      I can make a tutorial on pops and bangs map but i would not recommend it, the late explosion happening due to late ignition is very deadly and can cause serious harm like shattered apex seals or even dented rotors.
      I stick personally to the decel fuelcut pops and bangs like you will hear in my 0-100 acceleration video when i revved it a bit at the beginning.
      If you are still interested i will gladly make a video on that but be prepared that your everyday driving and reponse will suffer atleast from what ive experienced with the mapping.

    Do you think Versatune is worth it?

    • @Snow1998v1
      @Snow1998v1  4 года назад +1

      There are two answers to that question :)
      Yes, if you have mods that depend on software like exhaust, air intake and performance coils then Versatuner is worth it.
      No, if you have no mods at all then there isn't that much power left in the stock system i think.
      Have a nice day :)

      @@Snow1998v1 Just chiming in with my 2 cents:
      Even cars with no performance mods can benefit greatly from lowering cooling fan "on" temps and increasing metering oil pump output (esp. for those who aren't premixing). Plus you can set your rev limiter, top speed and adjust idle if need be.
      I think it's worth it. And far better than MazdaEdit!

  • @nac2416

    if you make a new map and flash it, does it remove the previous flash you had on? i had a flash for the fans and cooling system bcos of my hot climate and i dont want it to disappear

    • @Snow1998v1
      @Snow1998v1  3 года назад

      Uhm you can completly make fan adjustments in software for the new map.
      And ofcourse it deletes the previous map.
      I'd recommend watching the whole Versatuner guides that i made so you see what you can do with Software.

    Hey quick question. I was watching your video and I saw 3 setting. Like for example air fuel ratio 1 and 2. But I don’t have 3. Also when I’m on the afr 1, it shows % number like ve table . But not afr target? Like 11.5 or 14.5

    • @Snow1998v1
      @Snow1998v1  3 года назад +1

      Hey that depends on the versatuner version i have an older one for my ecu calibration if you have 3 or 2 afr tables.
      Also i think you have the AFR still in "Afr" like 1 and 0.77 and stuff and not in a full number system
      You can change that in the versatuner settings.

    Hey man if you remove fuel cut on decel is it bad for the engine at all? Like fuel in oil, etc.

    • @Snow1998v1
      @Snow1998v1  2 года назад

      The fuel cut removal has no significant downsides besids slight increase of fuel consumption.
      If you own an RX-8 i sure hope you change the oil once every 6-8 months or 5-7k Kilometers (3-4k miles)
