This could be because of many reasons ( lack of sleep, mood reflection, sleeping position, water retention etc ) but I think the main reason is because I have a couple of desired face subliminals and it could be that the subconscious mind either tries to resist the affirmations or is hesitantly processing/accepting them. When morphing into your specific desired face, it is completely normal to feel like you are seeing " reverse results ". This is just the morphing stage of your new reality and it may look out of place. Just believe and continue listening. hihi so im writing this to hold myself accountable. ill listen to this on loop for as much as possible everyday. im extremely critical and not a firm believer in subs but im very willing to give it a try. ill share my results accurately and wont affirm in my comment. im looking forward to this and im hoping my closed beliefs open up a bit. ill update this tomorrow !!
edit 1: when i listened yesterday, (i'd say about 2 hours?) before i went to sleep i realized my lashes got sooo much thicker.. i basically had a permanent chalazion (tmi sorry) and my lashes weren't thick on one eye, it's like i had a blad spot. im not joking when i tell you lashes were really nice and they were.. there !! i have lashes lmao 😭😭 also, my skin is so much nicer bro.. it's not airbrushed or anything obv and i have a bit of scarring but i had sebaceous filaments on my nose and their color is lowkey softer. im already extremely happy and gladddd that lashes thing was bugging me. ill defo keep listening and update tmrw !!!

Update 2: Used the timing of day as my placebo , I definitely noticed that my smile stretches slightly wider ! Not sure if this is because of this specific subliminal or from the others in my playlist. My gaze also reflects a more innocent and gentle presence
Update 3: Face looked a little weird to me in the morning, my right side looked slimmer than my left . This could be because of many reasons ( lack of sleep, mood reflection, sleeping position, water retention etc ) but I think the main reason is because I have a couple of desired face subliminals and it could be that the subconscious mind either tries to resist the affirmations or is hesitantly processing/accepting them.
When morphing into your specific desired face, it is completely normal to feel like you are seeing " reverse results ". This is just the morphing stage of your new reality and it may look out of place. Just believe and continue listening. Try to also detach and let go during this stage, where your mind creates limitations is where it will become more anticipating with seeing any results. I will continue listening, sorry for the huge paragraphs !
Update 4: My lips look more red and my bottom lip is much plumper . It’s been a couple hours so the water retention would have settled by now and my lips are still the same
