  • Chris Berman, Tom Jackson, and Joe Theisman present the results of NFL Divisional playoff Saturday, where the favored Pittsburgh Steelers outlasted the Buffalo Bills and Brett Favre and the Green Bay Packers pull a huge upset over the heavily-favored San Francisco 49ers.
Running back Bam Morris scored two touchdowns in the fourth quarter as the Steelers stopped the Bills, minus Hall of Fame defensive end Bruce Smith who fell ill the day before the game, from coming back from a 20-0 deficit. By the end of the game, the Steelers outgained them in total yards 409-250 and forced four turnovers.
For the first time ever since becoming the head coach of the Packers, Mike Holmgren was coaching against his former team where he was the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks coach for six seasons.
**Up until recently, I've been downloading my personal VHS collection. However, the collection is obviously limited. I started a Patreon page to better find and purchase old VHS videos on EBAY and other websites, as well as at garage sales and other locations that might have VHS available, so I can upload them for all to see and share for free. Chris Kreager It was about time....thanks to Reggie White and the Cheeseheads. 😊 I had a feeling the Niners were running outta gas after the Week 17 game with the Falcons. It was the last of real good times for Steve Young.

Jason WAlker not getting the 1 seed turned out to be HUGE. I don’t think the Eagles would have done what GB did

Kinda makes you wonder if G.B. didn't have to wait until 95 for a shot at the 49ers, And played them in 93 or 94 in the 2nd round instead of Dallas could they have upset one of if not both of those 49ers teams also?

The day that started the dominance of the Packers over the 49ers. Also the start of Brett Favre being the face of evil for all 49er fans

RIP Reggie white 😔. He finally won the big dance in 1996. They should won it in 95, on Week 17 when the Steelers played the Packers on Christmas eve some of us said they might meet up.in Phoenix, but the Cowboys we're hungry and pissed out after the Nightmare in December with the losses with Redskins and Eagles.

The Cowboys should have that 27-17 engraved on their SB XXX rings...because there's no way they would've beaten the 49ers in Candlestick in the NFC title game. Much like the Patriots the following year with Jacksonville beating Denver...another team did them a solid and paved the way.

Thank Goodness For Brett Favre And That Green Bay Packers Team Under Head Coach Mike Holmgren And Where Having Made It All Of That Entire Way Into That One NFC Playoff Game On January 6th, 1996 And That If It Weren’t For Them The Dallas Cowboys Wouldn’t Have Ever Made It All Of That Way To Their Last And Final Super Bowl Of Primarily XXX In Tempe Arizona Up Against The Pittsburgh Steelers And Crushing And Creaming Them All To Heavily 27 To 17 Victory !
