So now I turn off split tunneling on Google Play store and it works properly again
As I explained in the video, it depends on the service provider. Sometimes it's done on a per-app basis (you choose which apps are encrypted by the VPN) and sometimes it can be done on a URL basis (you choose which URLs get encrypted).

I think its managed through pfsense I use this VPN to connect to my work environment Now my query is that when I connect to this VPN I am connected to my work network & able to work inside it, but this disconnects the internet connectivity that is working on my base machine. I want internet to be working on my base system as well & also should be able to connect to my work network as lot of websites are blocked inside the work network Can you please tell me what settings I need to do on my laptop to make this work. Yes, it does, but only on Windows and Android devices. It's not possible on iOS or Mac, unfortunately.
