We have a brand of creamy ice creams or popsicles which are called Paddle Pops. The name came to represent all sticks. A bit like Hoover as a generic name for vacuum cleaners.
This was very helpful and a great tutorial. Thank you for explaining everything in detail. I would love to see more of your tutorials on doing blooms. ❤
Thank you for explaining everything about you a lot of videos and nobody explained anything to me like you did especially trying to make the white Bloom really appreciated it by the way they're beautiful I hope I can make one like that I've been trying for 3 months and I still can't get it but maybe watching you now I can do it thank you for sharing
Thank you so much for sharing in detail. There wasn't much on here for me to look at. I've wasted so much resin and alcohol ink and white pigment paste on my molds because I never could get a flower it all Blended together and looks terrible I'm going to try what you just said and see what happens
Many thanks. Really very helpful. Just about to create my first flower……have watched many videos whilst waiting for my supplies to arrive. Your tute is by far the most straightforward and helpful of all of them🤗🌺
Brilliant, love that you explain quickly without dribbling on as I can always replay if I miss something. Clear instructions, do and don’t bit is very useful too! Def going to subscribe and follow you 🥰
Thank you so much for the tips, hope it will work for me too I am struggling with creating this flowers I just love them so much. I'll let you know if works. Finger crossed :)
I want to learn more styles and want to know the timing for different seasons coz I don't have the temperature tool. Your videos are really very helpful keeping them ❤
I used all alcohol inks for the colours and the whites. Alcohol inks are light and there for float in the clear resin creating this effect. If a pigment is to heavy it will sink to the bottom of the mould. You can you other pigments that are not inks they just need to be light
HI! I'm in the USA and cant find the brands of resin you show in your video. Are you familiar with USA brands and if so, which one am I looking for to do this technique? PLEASE!
You said to put your alcohol inks down first before putting your petals on. Is the petals not alcohol inks? I’m very new to resin and I want this to be my next thing to learn. I want to make sure I have all the supplies.
were can u get the thing u checked temp with?and does resin have a use by date? i have some un opened ones years old. and if u have resin already how can u tell the best to use does it have something on the bottle
Greetings from Mumbai, India. Very helpful video. Thank you. How many drops of white alcohol ink did you add to resin??would help greatly to know. Thanx again.
I still can’t comprehend the white pigment or paste. Does it just have to do with the temperature or thickness before putting it on? Can I use any white powder or liquid or paste? I don’t have a temperature gauge either.
I'm not familiar with the resins you use as I get my resin from Uk. Pls confirm if the low viscosity resin is suitable for me to use to get good results? tia
I use the Pinata white mixed with 99.9% isopropyl alcohol and any alcohol ink blending solution and the blooms are AMAZING. Solution is 50% ink, 25% alcohol and 25% blending solution.
It is incredibly important to use 99.9% isopropyl alcohol, because even 99% alcohol is 1% water, and that 1% of water will likely cause a patch of the resin to remain runny and not cure properly. I learned that the hard way.
They all look like don't. Hige white splotches everywhere and the peony/rose was so messy! I've seen plenty of creators use regular casting resins and create some of the most beautiful blooms. Yes, there is a waiting period, temperature and using the correct pigments.
RUclips has an option to slow down the video if you like. It's a better alternative than asking a question in the rude way you did. You couldn't think of a nicer way to ask that? Here's an example of a not-rude way to say the same thing: "I enjoyed your video, but it was hard to follow because you spoke so fast. Could you please try to speak slower next time?" Maybe if you word things in a way that isn't rude, you will get better results.
The DON'T is incredibly helpful!
Fantastic tutorial. I’m not so fearful of trying it now. Thanks so much!
Most resin techniques just come down to timing and practice
Thank god a sheila that actually knows how to explain what is happening , U HAVE SAVED ME SO MANY HOURS OF PAIN, THANK U PRETTY LADY.
Thanks Sherry for sharing do’s & don’t tricks ❤
Please do share other techniques also for 3D effects
Paddle pop stick? That's adorable. Ours in the US are popsicle sticks.
We have a brand of creamy ice creams or popsicles which are called Paddle Pops. The name came to represent all sticks. A bit like Hoover as a generic name for vacuum cleaners.
Here in the uk we call them lolly sticks 😃🇬🇧🤗
I thought she called it a petal pop. Lol

Hi sheri great video, love the firstc2 flowers 😍 so beautiful 😍 thanks for the tips and thanks for sharing ❤️ xx
are you using transparent alcohol ink or opaque ? also, for the white can I use white mica powder or do i have to use white alcohol ink?
I used all alcohol inks for the colours and the whites. Alcohol inks are light and there for float in the clear resin creating this effect. If a pigment is to heavy it will sink to the bottom of the mould. You can you other pigments that are not inks they just need to be light
Do you mind if I ask what resin you used please @sheri?
HI! I'm in the USA and cant find the brands of resin you show in your video. Are you familiar with USA brands and if so, which one am I looking for to do this technique? PLEASE!
Is it possible to have a resin for holding flowers and dying the resin?
You said to put your alcohol inks down first before putting your petals on. Is the petals not alcohol inks? I’m very new to resin and I want this to be my next thing to learn. I want to make sure I have all the supplies.
Beautiful 😍
70c or 70f for temperature? Thanks!

Greetings from Mumbai, India. Very helpful video. Thank you. How many drops of white alcohol ink did you add to resin??would help greatly to know. Thanx again.

@@sherivegasartist thank you. Will give this a shot. Have a nice day
thanks

What was the white ink mixed with in the cup? Thanks
Just some mixed resin set aside from the batch
When I go to do the petals it sinks at the bottom of the mould.Plz help me what went wrong n how can I correct it
What brand and what color inks did you use, please? My inks are not this pretty.
I think these were copic alcohol inks
Where do purchase the alchohol ink
I use the Pinata white mixed with 99.9% isopropyl alcohol and any alcohol ink blending solution and the blooms are AMAZING. Solution is 50% ink, 25% alcohol and 25% blending solution.
I’ve never tried that before. But I’m going to now. Thank you for the tip
Blending solution?
@@photosbyparisi always thought blending solution was basically alcohol but perhaps I'm wrong
@@SuchAClassicGirl-dx2ipyeah, it's either isopropyl or denatured alcohol. Cheap blending solution might be xylene (paint thinner).
It is incredibly important to use 99.9% isopropyl alcohol, because even 99% alcohol is 1% water, and that 1% of water will likely cause a patch of the resin to remain runny and not cure properly. I learned that the hard way.
What type of alcohol ink do you use ?
❤Wow beautiful!!❤ Lord Jesus come quickly ❤
what was that to check temp?
Que es lo blanco del bote negro?
Ty lo r this
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
3d jewelry
❤😂
My alcohol ink just sits there and doesn't move, why? I love your flower.
"PEA-AH-KNEE"
You say the white should be 39-40, degrees us that F% or C%
She means Celsius
Is there certain amount of time you should wait to pour the clear resin
It's not a pedal pop. It's a popsicle stick
They all look like don't. Hige white splotches everywhere and the peony/rose was so messy! I've seen plenty of creators use regular casting resins and create some of the most beautiful blooms. Yes, there is a waiting period, temperature and using the correct pigments.
