Thank you for this video, Oleg and Kseniya. I made a mistake yesterday when doing a backward bracket and ended up doing a counter instead. Now I have a lot of tips to improve it.
Your videos have helped me tremendously over the last year and I’ve progressed very quickly thanks to you. Many thanks to you both !

Thank you so much!! I tried doing these today in practice and couldn't nail it because the pressure on my foot was on the ball of the foot instead of the heel! I'll try again next time, this was super helpful!

I only get to skate once or twice a week, so I'm practicing for and turns in my socks, will that translate to the ice? I'm trying to copy Kseniya's form as closely as possible.
