It is done that way in austria also, because the roller presses the cover in the right position, it is not a little to low (bump) or a little to high (bump, or problem with snow plowing), if 5 People use a string to the curbs, you have 5 different levels, because often the Curbs are not exactly level and so on. WIth the "self level system" as this covers are called in Austria you dont have that problems.
