Nah, the rollout was 🔥 🔥. I think the Breakfast Club should do more political interviews, especially as US elections draw closer. The interviews with Larry Elder, Vivek and Piers Morgan were better than the regular Hip Hop stuff. They should evolve

It’s getting uncomfortable to watch at this point. I wonder when Mel’s exit will be announced. We don’t need a woman just for the sake of having a woman in the group. Sure she’s had some missteps, but it doesn’t seem like they’re going to let her live it down. She seems very intelligent, and probably could offer some great insight just not on this panel. She might do well with other women or a mixed group. I honestly don’t think she ever meshed well with the group. The chemistry is off. You are making a lot of great points. I find myself constantly giving this woman advice on how to handle these dudes, because the disrespect is real. They gaslight her all day everyday. The money must be real good. plus why fight when all you need to do is show up. Mel needs to be starting her own thing on side. Joe is absolutely right. A lot of these podcasts are slowin down. I said this about MDWOG. Once they split with dev and started interviewing rappers, I told my brother they put themselves on a clock. Meaning, there are only so many people you can interview until people start seeing people they’re tire of seeing and they’ll take a break from the podcast which will cause them to take a break. They didn’t start their podcast by interviewing people. They were a straight up podcast having real conversations amongst themselves with a lot of humor. Them as well as other podcasts have strayed from their foundation and now they have to keep it fresh and slow down a bit.

This dude stays hating on the breakfast club yet is fully aware that the breakfast club is on the level that all of the podcasts aspire to be on. Charlemagne is in his executive bag which he put a lot of cast on which I believe it is called the black effect. But he does not want to be an executive at iHeart. I don’t think him or envy are looking to do anything different than they are right now when it comes to the breakfast club. If they wanted to dismantle and start their own thing, Angela Yee is leaving would have been the perfect time to do that.
