Anyone who stuck twin-turbos behind the rear bumper (like Emilia) is gonna run into trouble at high speed - they're gonna to be pulling from a low pressure zone behind the car, essentially having the effect of a vacuum as it pulls air in to fill the hole the car left (AKA creating drag). That means less air for the turbos to suck in, so they have to work harder for the same pressure - so itll be like speed is having the same effect as altitude. Its not a good place to put turbos unless theres some venting directing air to them.
