Rule Customization

In this video we cover two simple ways to create your own custom rules:
1) building a new rule from scratch, and
2) building a new rule using a pre-existing rule as a template.
This includes how to:
- name a new rule,
- change the color of the rule,
- make a rule invisible on the map, and
- add notifications to rules.
