Heard this band on Radio 1 while I was driving, back c. 1989, and thought it was someone 'cheating' in the studio with speeded up tracks/tapes, couldn't believe the precision, then John Peel chimed in - it was a live session in the BBC studios.
Immediately Acquired Force Fed and (when it was released later) Beg To Differ. Still think Force Fed is the better album - no compromise for the labels on that one, utterly unique.
Well worth getting hold of that John Peel session on disc (vinyl, ideally) if you can find it.

One of the most important thrash metal albums from the beginning of 90's although not widely popular (best things are often reserved for connoseurs and not grabbed by the masses). Also my 1st CD (until then I had been buying vinyl). Lost and Found is my fav from this CD.

Prong's music will grab you by the scruff of the neck and glare at you then stomp you.

Just saw these cats the other night at Pop's in Sauget, Illinois on tour...they kicked ass opening for Fear Factory. The bassist sure looked like Tony Campos from Static-X---need to research.
    GREAT STUFF!

It happens to me all the time, listening to a band for years and then finding the video of a song, makes you feel like you are not a real fan xD

Even if you are not a full metalhead you cant simply dislike Prong. Tommy Victor is The Man over and behind all the stars of the metal music game. Without Prong tons of bands simply could never exist.

Right! Prong are the Big Mother of all 'nu/post metal'. Immense band.
