Ở Vietnam nếu người nghèo thì không cần thiết phải mua gạo bạn ạ. 1- có rất nhiều người hay làm từ thiện phát gạo cho những người nghèo 5kg 10kg gạo
2- ở Vietnam có máy " ATM RICE " những người nghèo có thể đến các cây ATM RICE đó lấy gạo miễn phí, chỉ cần nhập dấu vân tay hay ID card ,( mỗi ngày chỉ nhận được 1,5~ 2kg) 😄

Use Modern Tools Machines Technology For All Purpose 😅😢
Why most rice farmers are still transplanting by hand hardly instead of use mechanized planters? Because they have not find suitable, workable and affordable planters although those planters are excellent, but they have high requests against:
1) Rice seedlings.
2) Paddy field.
3) Operating.
Seedlings must standardised and growing in plastic tray. All traditional rice seedlings can not be used. Paddy field must suitable for those planters. Farmers must have superb operating skills.
But very few farmers and areas can follow these requests.
In the other hand, most of them are too costly for most farmers.

rice still is main crop and farming work in Yhe Philippines. But upto now there are still have more than 80% farmers are still transplanting by hand hardly. Because they have not find suitable planters. All other planters are designed for plastic tray seedlings and have high requests against field, operator.
