In this video, sections are played at 50% speed, 75% speed and then finally full speed.

Ive only danced to a couple songs on the 2024 version, but i was wondering if there is a mode that you can just learn the moves?. Im disabled, arthritic and out of shape.

There is not currently a mode where you can learn the moves, but Just Dance 2025 edition will be offering routines that let you play at easy, medium, and hard difficulties, so hopefully that will make routines feel a little more accessible!
