A low view count doesn't necessarily mean underrated. It just means that suprisingly few people have discovered the band, given how great they are. It's all about marketing, really. Carpark North, even though they're on a major label, doesn't enjoy the kind of marketing push that bigger artists get. It may actually be better to be a big artist on a small label than a small artist on a major label.
Still, I know what you mean, and I also wish that Carpark North would get a bigger audience. They would really deserve that. Carpark North is one of my all-time favorite bands, for almost twenty years already.
One way to help them out is to recommend the band to your friends, who might like the band.
