Girl you are so beautiful!❤❤ I also dance ballet since I’m 10 I do it professionally to become a real ballet dancer and you show me always that when I was younger I started to dance because I loved it to dance and know I don’t really think about this and I just dance, that’s kind of sad but you always give me the motivation to dance and to think WHY I dance (I dance because I love it) LOVE U❤❤

@@bypatriciajones Honestly your probably from a very privileged family that's the only reason why they considered you! Maybe your parents bribed the school or your paying a whole bunch of money to get in! If you were there off of a scholarship then you wouldn't have been accepted! Try doing this with I dont know being poor and actually having to live up to their standards! There an reason why your the only bigger person there.

I've watched a few of your videos. I am a dance teacher. Don't give up your quest to dance ballet. I highly commend you for starting. Period.
You need some realistic information to manage your expectations.
1) There are NO shortcuts.
2) You MUST master ALL the basics. If you do not, you only set yourself up for failures/injuries when you attempt intermediate/advanced skills. #facts
3) After viewing a few videos, you definitely belong in a beginners class. Your alignment is not consistent. You have not built up enough strength/flexibility yet to progress to intermediate level.
4) Knowing skills in your head and doing them physically are two very different things. Yes, your brain knows how to do a plíe for example, but what is the body actually doing.
5) It will take a few years for you to be ready for pointe work. Anyone who tells you different is lying to you.
I wish you the best. Keep trying. I see you are dedicated and working hard. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💯 You must be realistic about the process of how you advance in ballet. Keep Dancing!!!!!💝💝💝💝💝💝💝
