You should definitely ad a Sulani chicken coop by Myshunosun. It would look perfect on this lot. It is kinda wetherd and a bit rundown but super cute for this build. I will do that in my game at least.
I live in the tropics near the beach and I can tell you it's already 27'c now at 6:48am (which means it'll prolly be 31'c by 9am) and there are flies everywhere... ... ... ahahahaa
