I’m the same age as you dude, but thankfully I had an earlier start. I know you didn’t ask for me, but I’d love to help. It really depends on your dream physique. You can go aesthetics, or strength/mass. You can really do both. If your’e a little bit on the fatter side like I was, you need to cut and become aesthetic first. From here, if you want more of a bodybuilder look you can start a clean bulk. Remember to incorporate cardio, and 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Here’s a diet plan: Greek yogurt Sweet potatoes Spinach Lean meat (fish, chicken, tofu, lean beef) Bananas Nuts Brown rice Water Protein shakes Etc. Remember at our age though you can’t be getting on things like pre workout that will stunt your growth. Also don’t starve yourself due to your bodies current growth. Make sure you’re in a calorie deficit though. Using Aaron’s other videos, you can focus on the more looksmaxing side. He also has exercise videos as well. Have a great day, and happy lifting bro 💪.

Old navy, the Gap, and Banana Republic (all owned by GAP) is fantastic as well. I get most of my clothes there and it’s easy to build a good wardrobe for cheap with the crazy sales and rewards you get
