There's one thing for sure in here and that is at that food supplier has a PR firm working on their behalf, as others have said there is no way in hell that a food supplier is going to let you get that far in the whole before they shut you off, it don't matter whether you're black white Puerto Rican or Asian they going to cut your ass off as soon as you miss a payment. The best way to motivate you to pay your bills is for that truck to not show up as soon as you don't pay a payment.

I was in the food service business 15 yrs and grocery distribution for 16 yrs and as it was said there's no way in hell that bill would get too that amount with out legal action

The latest lawsuit I heard about actually blew their own cover when a file leaked stating that the lawsuits' purpose was only to get rid of the TLH but "obviously we can't state that". Not unusual I worked in a restaurant or two and had to lie to the vendors and say the owner wasn't there when they came looking for money . One place I worked I made the owner pay me in cash every night after my first paycheck bounced.

I do accounts payable and ain’t no way US Foods will let your account go unpaid to accumulate that amount. After 30 days your account representative will notify you. If payment is not resolved, then they will put a freeze on your account until they receive payment. If it is a tax issue as they are saying, then Turkey Hut should have submitted a tax exempt for their business, but this applies only to food. All none food items are taxable. This some fishy 💩🤷🏾♀️

TLH have been the targets of an organized effort of multiple frivolous lawsuits throughout the years. The latest lawsuit I heard about actually blew their own cover when a file leaked stating that the lawsuits' purpose was only to get rid of the TLH but "obviously we can't state that". The leak of that document lost those colonizing gentrifiers their case.
Not unusual I worked in a restaurant or two and had to lie to the vendors and say the owner wasn't there when they came looking for money . One place I worked I made the owner pay me in cash every night after my first paycheck bounced.

I do accounts payable and ain’t no way US Foods will let your account go unpaid to accumulate that amount. After 30 days your account representative will notify you. If payment is not resolved, then they will put a freeze on your account until they receive payment.
If it is a tax issue as they are saying, then Turkey Hut should have submitted a tax exempt for their business, but this applies only to food. All none food items are taxable. This some fishy 💩🤷🏾♀️
