Hi Emily! I'll always recommend the Epson XP models! I currently use a Canon Pixma Pro and whilst it's amazing with beautiful quality, it is expensive and takes a LOT of ink! My old Epson XP 960 was amazing and so much more cost effective, so I'll be getting one of those next time again. xxx
I am so sorry about the mail situation over there. I’m from the US and our only other alternatives to our post are FedEx, UPS and DHL. Although, FedEx gives us nothing but issues, not sure if you can look into alternatives. I’ve been hearing about the issues with your PMs too, I’m sorry the UK is in a bit of a shake up. I can’t imagine how stressful it must be. Seems globally no one can catch a break… but I’m happy your items are in more stores. I do wonder how do you get licensing with such companies do you reach out to them?
Yeah the tracked thing is so frustrating. I have it where I am too (south west of england), I think where the post office and royal mail are separate companies, RM don't have a deal with the PO for the tracked options so they have to go to the sorting office. My sorting office has had those sort of opening hours since the start of the pandemic, which has provided the occasional challenge 😅I think there's a thing you can search on the RM website though that'll let you view all locations and whether the location is one you can drop tracked items off at, as well as their opening hours? Apologies if you already know this! On another note, congratulations on being in John Lewis!! Your stuff looks incredible, as always, and I hope you do really well! I use the collection from RM, but once it told me that a parcel went missing and it ended up getting to the person a couple of days later! And my old sorting office was like that as well with the opening hours. I’m going to try and use DPD now, because of all of the strikes! 😢Also, I love the gift wrap. I would totally love this as a fabric as well! 💜🙈
I looked into DPD but it's so much more expensive! And they don't deliver letters which is 95% of what I send T_T so frustrating! And thank you so much! I think I may order it in xxx
