My question is how long does it last and what if it goes flat again then what

Thanks for watching. It all depends on what kind of leak is present. I’ve found it works great for bead leaks, dry rot cracks, and small punctures. If small leaks continue I just add air and it’s good to go again for a while. It stays liquid inside the tire and continually coats the inside as you drive. I wouldn’t use it long term in a car or truck tire but it will give you time to get proper repairs.
It’s not a permanent solution but will give you a season or two before adding a tube or purchasing a new tire.

Good Video. Is it still holding air today?

The tire has dry rot and has cracked more but the slime is still filling the cracks as they appear. It’s given me almost 2 years without buying tires.
