Story of the guitar:Owned by Yngwie himself till 1996.. - Guitar build at 1993 - neck stamp bears May 20 1993 date....build by D. CHAVEZ..Here is the guitar played by me using my old DOD 308 Yjm with my POD XT pro rack.Amp JTM 45 with mach cab.Off axis mic,digital delay and cavernous reverb..This is really a piece of art,best YJM signature model i 'v played so far.Nothing like the new one with the Seymour Duncan pickups.Original HS-3 Dimarzio.Enjoy.......

I met Malmsteen in 1987 just before his Accident, Red patent leather boots, Spandex black pants, and his Trilogy shirt on, pulled up in a Jaguar XJ6, in Woodland Hills, got him to Sign an Autograph..

using a real pedal in front of a digital amp/vst (the dod in this case) helps you to obtain realistic first stages of distortion, pick and dynamics... :) it is my personal experience at least

Great performance! I am a Malmsteen Stratocaster enthusiast. I have a 1998 and a 2021. I met him last year and he signed those two. Since then I got a 1989 and I love it. It's a little different than the other two. It almost sounds hotter and the maple neck is more select than the maple wood used for the other two.

Yngwie's achievement is that he developed a new style, a new genre. Only a few guitarists were able to do that.
But today, many guitarists play that genre much better than Yngwie himself. For example you. Your playing is as fast as Yngwie's, but cleaner, and more accurate with lot of feelings. Excellent job, Panos!
