In the first hand the Dealer played it wrong. He should play ace on top and straight in the bottom. 9,10,J,Q,K

7:25 how come the queens have to go on the bottom? You can't put them on top to make it a push against the pair of 8s ?
No you cannot with that hand. In paigow, the 2 card low hand needs to be lower than the 5 card high hand … with the cards I had, the pair of queens (2 card hand) would have been higher than the Ace high 5 card hand, making it an illegal play in this game. Even though it’s only two cards, the two card hand must always be lower value poker hand than the 5 card hand.
