It's so interesting to hear you discuss your taste in Frenchies. Your preferences are the opposite of mine😂 While I like the small Frenchies, I have learned that they have more health issues. We have a male Lilac Platinum, Pepe, that is 35lbs with tall bat ears, light green eyes and he is extremely healthy, strong with no breathing issues, runs as fast as a horse, you can lift him into the air with a chew toy in his mouth, and the friendliest sweetest dog with my 3-year old daughter. He only has one testicle and he got our female fawn with black mask pregnant naturally on the first try with no human help what so ever! Our female, Fifi, is about 25-27lbs who runs even faster than Pepe! She doesn't have breathing issues either but has an underbite that some think is cute, I'm not the biggest fan but we are going to let her do a natural birth because allowing babies travel through the birth canal sets their microbiome up to give them stronger immune health with more resistance to allergens. So maybe we are just lucky but I am so grateful to cultivate healthy Frenchies with no allergies.
James you are a outstanding breeder. I have helped me more times than I can count. I take you knowledge to the bank. SALUTES and best wishes on any of your buisness endeavors. Greetings to your family from up north.
I’ve sent a couple emails inquiring about Picasso and my girl’s genetics.... what kind of pups would I expect.... etc. I know y’all are busy excited to here from you. Watch’s this video.... Probably best I call y’all. Thanks for the stud video.
I just got a new stud and brought him to the vet and they said he has hip dysplasia. She said I should not use them for breeding. Do you agree because it’s passing down the DNA ?thank you so much. I love you guys you are amazing thanks for all the great information
I have a question about Pasterns on the best way to strengthen them. Thank you for all your great information on AI correct WAY TO Examine confirmation
Love Ringo's eyes. Such a handsome boy. Just curious are these fur babies part of your family? Meaning do they have the run of the house? As I know a family that have 19 dogs that are all part of the family, inside the house all part of the pack. Lovely pack at that.
Miss my Frenchie only had her for 3 months.. was going to be a breeder. Started learning but underestimated the danger of taking her out for walks and she caught parvo. 5k I paid and she passed away at 3 mos. please breeders inform new owners how serious parvo is. 🥺
I know you're not a fan of brindle and your explanation was that it costs you as much to produce brindle as colored and the market is better for color but if I'm paying for a stud then the cost is NOT the same. Fluffy colored studs going for 10 or 12k is not the same price as brindle with amazing structure for 2k. Big risk can be big reward but it can also be big broke.
Jim is a good man I had an issue a couple weeks ago getting an order an unfortunately it didn’t work out exactly the way I wanted it to an we ran into a little last minute issue but he worked hard at making it happen an we quickly got to a solution like a professional does an I recommend him an his products an services.
I no this is a old vid but my boy is long backed flat faced 31lb at 6 months old he's got no fat but a big head on him for age he's lilac and tan vet said he's in great shape big wide chest on him frenchie
Just as a brand new French Bulldog owner, I'm very curious why the brindle color makes the Frenchie cheaper? I just recently bought my beautiful blue brindle and I chose him because I thought the Brindle pattern was so cool! almost like little suddle stripes! so I'm just really surprised to hear how much less they go for
You have a blue brindle that’s totally different than what they were talking about. They are talking about a straight standard brindle that’s only a brindle an yes they are cheaper at times but do not get discouraged brindles are beautiful an some of the healthiest an best structure dogs in the world. They are some of the very first frenchies
The brindle is a dominant gene, takes 2-3 breedings to get rid of it. I have 1 copy of brindle in 2 of my girls as well. Barely shows, but it takes more breedings to get rid of it for a program. My litter with have 50% brindle as I will be breeding to a non brindle stud. I will keep (hopefully) one without brindle for my program. I think brindle is beautiful, they do as well, just slows your program down a bit since it’s a dominant gene. Hopefully that answers your question
I’m getting a blue brindle female in two days. I’m very interested in breeding but I honestly don’t even know where to start. I love the breed and always wanted to be a breeder, just don’t know where to start. Any advice?
Hi James have you heard about the AKC suspending registration on Fluffy Frenchies? If so could you possibly do a video on the issue people are having with this? Thanks
Wish every stud owner showed their dogs this way.
Love your dogs conformations.
Smalller, compact, soft faces and proper sized ears. Perfect.
I am really excited about this series. I love being able to really see these studs up close.
Same 😊
This is such a useful video discussing the colors, size and structure, and watching them walk around is very helpful!

👍
He is gorgeous!!! I agree on him being the perfect shape!!!
this shape leads to breathing problems and a shorten life span, they tortured dogs for profit.
So excited to use Rango, Picasso and a full fluffy with my 3 girls!
Have you used any of their studs yet? Any info on pricing ?
The best dogs I’ve seen EVER!!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

What size ears are considered to be too big? All frenchies have big ears.
Hercules is super awesome
He is thanks
My dog is super small but he’s 24 pounds..Is that considered big?
Akc standard is actually 28lbs or less.
👍
