This testing really just shows how much thundercrash is in need of a buff
Yeah, I started to laugh when I saw the numbers. I thought it would be higher with star-eater, but I guess not
@@AmbitionShadow star eaters give a 70% dmg increase at max stacks whereas cuirass of the falling star gives a 200% increase

That's not true
Falling sunstar is a 2x bonus
Star eaters is a 1.7x bonus

And you get the axes to help with total damage to help with ammo economy when underleveled/solo
And if you throw the axes when you picked them up they apply weaken so it’s a way to keep the debuff active

It does some pretty nutty damage, I’m running this combo myself, I will say the most annoying part of twilight arsenal is that if there is a single add in the room, you can bet one or more of those axes will go track that thing rather than the boss you aim it at

I get this was just a test for supers avalible on prismatic for stareaters, but i wouldve loved to see the comparison to pyrogales big hammer
Go back and look at pyrogale video, it hasn’t been changed. Pretty sure twilight beats it by a few hundred thousand though.

Probably not. I don't like doing roaming supers, tbh with you because of the damage being inconsistent, but I'll probably do the warlock nova bomb & needlestorm with star-eater
Arc Missile DEMANDS a buff, its supposed to be a massive one hitting super, but it hardly does any damage compared to other supers, it needs that one single hit buff, bungie please help my fav super b wuts its meant 2 b, not weak af😢

It definitely works with roaming supers as well, I got a star eaters roll on my warlock and song of flame gets boosted as well
blade fury with the new exotic can reach 6 million dps in a rotation its on par with nighthawk and star eater nova bomb

What about pyrogales vs twilight arsenal?
Because of how inconsistent pyrogale is, twilight arsenal does already better damage even without star eater lmao.
only initial throw gets ncreased dmg? what about the axes on the ground? hits and throws*
First throw from twilight causes the weaken on enemies, the first axe will bring in the lower damage because there is no weaken applied but pair twilight with buried bloodline or any other way to get a pre weaken and it gets better damage.

just to put to perspective twilight arsenal does more damage than a nighthawk shot with star eaters this means once still hunt gets nerfed (i dont think anyone is surprised) titans will have likely the highest dps setup plus it applies weaken and gives a free axe that doesnt really help that much but you know its free adclear i ve seen so many people saying prismatic titan is bad but that cant be further than the truth
You can throw the additional axes for a bonus 30k to 40k damage per axe hit. You also reapply weaken extending its duration with each refresh. You can in theory spam weakening on a boss for a long duration if you time your axe throws.
This just goes to show you bungie doe not test titan.

Tcrash is the prime example of the state of titans: nerfed into the floor. Yes, titans were the best class in witch queen by far, but it does not justify them being nerfed so hard. RIP HOIL: died in 2023.

@@kingkurasaki4095 We got a good super. Super is a small portion of your game. You know who has a super that just got buffed and is stronger than twilight? Nova bomb. I'm not saying we didn't get anything good, what I'm saying is that our build diversity has gone straight off the cliff because our staple exotic has gotten destroyed, and our other staple exotic keeps getting nerfed. We haven't gotten any exotics really to compensate either.

it does higher damage than nighthawk btw and titan mains are still complaining that it "sucks" its just a very good super
