Clearing those drainages is not Dr.hamis 's responsibility, It's KCCA that is not doing it's job as it is supposed to be done . But thank you Dr.hamis for standing in.

    I wonder who runs kcc,
When will the Ugandan government ever wake up to regulate and modernize one of the dirtiest, disorganized cities in Africa,Kampala city .
Thousands of boder boder motorcycles everywhere, no regulations, street vendors everywhere on the streets, super dusty streets with potholes all over and no sidewalks. Why can’t someone travel to neighboring kigali (Rwanda) or Nairobi (Kenya) and try to learn something about organizing by keeping clean.
Imagine how many more bodas and street vendors will be operating in Kampala 2 years from now, then traffic flow.
Come on Ugandan government, you’re better than this
