I love the furniture, those low tables look amazing, the wood grain pattern is gorgeous. The food looks amazing with such wonderful staff and chefs. Another to add to my bucket list of things to do.
What an incredible restaurant that is supremely well run! Although I am nearly 7 thousand miles away, I will try and visit here someday! Extraordinary!
When the husband and wife are high energy and have what it takes to make it through a day and make a relationship like that work, it's a thing of beauty to see! The food and the shop look fantastic! I don't know if I'll ever get to visit Japan, but if I do I would love to pay this place and many others I've seen on different youtube channels!
I feel bad for ramen shop owners. Working 16 hour days, 6 days a week for almost minimum wage. I don’t think you go into the ramen business for the money, you do it for the passion. That’s probably true for most of the food service industry all over the world. One time my wife suggested that we leave our cushy 6 figure corporate jobs to open a Japanese restaurant in the US. I was like, are you crazy? Do you want to double your hours and half your pay?

奥さんパテシエ ソフトクリームだけでもホント美味しい。ラーメンのラインナップはえぐい。スープ何種類も随時準備して（全部きちんと一から仕込んでる）あの場所でお客さん呼べるのは、実力以外の何者でもないです。
初めて行った時は痺れた。二郎本当に美味かった
大盛りもいいんだけど、仕込みを入念にしているところがむしろ気に入ったので訪れてみたい。
リゾットラーメン、濃厚豆腐ラーメン等の裏メニューも豊富でうまい
