チャーハンの調理に自動鍋振り機を使っているのは、長い目で見て非常に賢いやり方です。
あまり知られていませんが、中華料理店の料理人の多くが深刻な慢性の腰痛に悩まされています。
その原因が＂鍋振り＂なのです。
決して安くはない投資に踏み切った店主さんの決断力に敬服します。

普通の定食でも大満足のボリュームですが、さり気なくメニューに記載されてるダブルとか大盛りは真剣ヤバいレベルのボリュームです‼️もし食べ切れ無くても大丈夫❗️持ち帰り用の容器も用意されてるので罪悪感なくお食事が楽しめます。食後のアイスコーヒーもバグってる量につき自然と笑顔になる事でしょう。少々忙しくても店主のママさんやスタッフさんがホンマ楽しそうに対応してくれる素敵な喫茶店です🤗

マジか!?はるか昔に一度伺った事はあったけど、こんなメニューあったのか!!今度時間見つけて行ってみよ!!
今日、食って来た。チキンカツ焼き飯。味は最高、量は動画でも映ったようにすんごいボリュームやった。流石に30超えたおっさんにはちときつかった。次来た時は肉焼き飯(焼き飯の上に生姜焼きが載ったもの)にするか。それと動画の影響のせいか、俺の後からお客さんがぞろぞろと来てたなあ。唯一気になったのは、俺の後に来てダブルチキンカツカレー頼んだあんちゃん、食い切れたんかな？って事やな。
最近の45歳は若いですね・・・30代に見えます。料理が好きな感じがとても伝わってくるお店ですね。

デカ盛りでもそれなりの大きさの器使って綺麗に盛り付けられているのがいいですね。
デカ盛りの店数多く見て来たけれど、大抵は器の大きさには無頓着でおかずや汁が器から流れ落ちてたり、これでもかって位上に積み上げて「こんなもん何処からどうやって手を付けたらええねん」て言うのが殆どでした。
サービス精神旺盛なのは有り難いけれど、やっぱり商品なのですから見た目の美味しさとか食べやすさにも気を使って欲しいですよね。
こちらのお店は、その点感激です。
で、デカ盛り店にいつも思う事ですが、値段がどこも(こちらも)余りに安くて大丈夫なんだろうかと気になっちゃいます。

Me recuerda ha los platos de comida que hacia mi madre en el pueblo cuando tenia 14 años , cuando venían😀😀😀 visitas de la ciudad se quedaban con la boca abierta de lo grandes que eran , esos platos me los tragaba en nada y de postre 1 flan con nata de 1 litro de leche
