For the aftermarket speaker what did you use? I have an 05, my door speakers are getting static probs due to the fact they are more than likely dry rotted for the car sitting for 3 years outside no cover or nothing.
Bro this was like my Monte Carlo SS 2007 V8 it says "PREMIUM AUDIO SYSTEM" non Bose though... But they slapped!!! Sadly stock sucks but my 6x9s had a 2.75 on top of it on an ABS plate they were amazing but with time they blew just put some Avatars wondering what to do now i have the other two wires and same thing up from because i have Two amps.

I have a 04 you can just pop the grills off no need to take off the whole door panel
