Jayne Bentzen and Lisa Sloan were definitely the wife-and-mother types..i never got that impression of Mave McGuire; so i wonder if Nicole's having a baby had anything to do with her and Donald May's departures in 1977 (sinx months apart)........
Thanks for filling in this blank that I haven't heard since it aired. Clearly Jody was originally written as a different character than who she morphed into due to the personality of the actress. It's too bad that, instead of on the show, she took after her "daddy" Ben Travis in real life!
making Jody into the next adventure girl after Laura on GH was, imho, a mistake: the first two lovers-on-the-run stories, while playing out differently, were for exactly the same reason..and as far as i'm concerned, she pleaded guilty NOW knowing she wouldn't be sent to jail..house arrest, given her circumstances, amounts to not even a slap on the wrist.......
