Alternate Title: Sparta RBS Base [JAE] V2. It's called Festival because V1 was made before the official RBS base was released.
This was such a pain to upload XD
One of the reasons I stopped using Vegas.

4/15+ heavily delayed bases that I finally finished!
This base is almost 2 years old (started back in August 2022, around the same time as Lafemore JAE V2) I wanted to make this based on the RBS collab. This concept here actually existed all the way back in 2020 actually, sometime after the rbs collab released.
