Hi there are tour agents. You can also find info from locals when you arrive to Baku. Make sure do some research and plan everything ahead. You can take bus to Gabala and other regions. The distance is far so it is best when you stay there in a day or two , visit villages , go to museums , nice restaurants then come back to Baku. Going there and coming back in a same day is exhausting. Try explore as much as you can

I saw it in Turkey this year and that’s very sad. Life sometimes changes people, put them in a place where they do the stuff without realizing it. I hope everyone will have good life , make enought money to feed their family and buy everything they need , so no one will be in need to cheat , steal , lie , betray.

Even bolt drivers will pressed tourists for extra money shortly before completing the ride. This is my recent experience in Baku Oct 2024
