23 weeks. 02 days pregnancy || Normal pregnancy
1.The uterus is Gravid. There is single viable pregnancy, with cephalic presentation.
2.Fetal Biometry:-
Fetal cranium within normal limit
BPD = 58.2 mm
HC = 212 mm
AC = 187 mm
FL = 38.9 mm
Estimated Gestational Age = 23 wks. 2 days +/-15days (approx)
Weight of fetus = 574 gm(approx)
3.Fetal Anatomy :
Fetal movement: Active movements of the fetus are normal.
Fetal Heart: Cardiac pulsation positive. FHR is 147 bpm.
Chest: 4 Chamber view of heart is seen & found normal.
Abdomen: Stomach, Liver, Both Kidneys, urinary bladder and bowels appear normal.
3 vessel Umbilical cords are seen.
Skeleton: the fetal spine and four extremities/limbs appear normal.
Liquor amount is adequate for this gestational age.
Placenta- is anterior and away from the os. Grade -0 maturity.
